style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> crearea de noi suprafe\u021be \u00eemp\u0103durite. <\/span>Valoarea total\u0103 alocat\u0103 este de: <strong>500.000.000 euro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schema vizeaz\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021barea urm\u0103toarelor tipuri de planta\u0163ii forestiere pe terenuri agricole:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) trupuri de p\u0103dure;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) perdele forestiere de protec\u021bie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Beneficiari eligibili:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Micro\u00eentreprindere<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00centreprindere Mare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autoritate public\u0103 local\u0103<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONG<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IMM<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00centreprindere individual\u0103\/familial\u0103<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Beneficiar al schemei poate fi orice de\u021bin\u0103tor public sau privat de teren pretabil pentru \u00eemp\u0103durire, indiferent de m\u0103rime, precum \u0219i formele asociative ale acestora.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>De\u021bin\u0103tori publici de teren pretabil pentru \u00eemp\u0103durire<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unit\u0103\u021bile administrativ-teritoriale (comune, ora\u0219e, municipii, consilii jude\u021bene) pentru domeniul public de\u021binut de c\u0103tre acestea;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alte persoane juridice de drept public, precum \u0219i formele asociative ale acestora.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>De\u021bin\u0103tori priva\u021bi de teren pretabil pentru \u00eemp\u0103durire<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoanele fizice;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoanele fizice autorizate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eentreprinderile individuale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eentreprinderile familiale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">societ\u0103\u021bile comerciale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asocia\u021biile \u0219i funda\u021biile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unit\u0103\u021bile administrativ-teritoriale (comune, ora\u0219e, municipii, consilii jude\u021bene pentru domeniul privat de\u021binut de c\u0103tre acestea);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alte persoane juridice de drept privat, precum \u0219i formele asociative ale acestora.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nu pot fi eligibile urm\u0103toarele terenuri:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terenurile care fac obiectul unor litigii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terenurile men\u021bionate la momentul depunerii cererii de sprijin \u00een programe sau planuri na\u021bionale ori locale de amenajare a teritoriului ca deservind un interes public;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terenurile agricole cu o valoare natural\u0103 ridicat\u0103, din categoria paji\u0219tilor naturale permanente, zonelor umede \u0219i a altor categorii de terenuri agricole;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terenurile incluse \u00een angajamente prin M\u0103sura 8.1 din cadrul Programului Na\u021bional de Dezvoltare Rural\u0103 2014-2022;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terenurile cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 compact\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 0,5 ha (\u00een cazul trupurilor de p\u0103dure) sau mai mic\u0103 de 0,1 ha
